COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course provides a general historical survey of the Christian movement from the Protestant Reformation to the present. Attention is given to significant ideas, individuals, movements, and
institutions in the development of Christianity during the Reformation and modern periods.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
- Be able to apply their knowledge and understanding of the formation and development of the Christian movement from the Protestant Reformation to the present to the process of interpreting
Christian theological heritage. - Value the ideas, individuals, movements, and institutions in the development of Christianity during the Reformation and modern periods.
- Communicate understanding and application of principles learned from the study of the history of Christianity.
