Scope: The course covers basic issues related to leadership and administration in the churches and church-related institutions, organizations, and programs

Aims and objectives:

1. to introduce the students to the administrative structures and patterns of ministry in the church

2. To reflect theologically on the practice of leadership and administration in congregational ministry.

1.  To use reflection, experience, and mutual discernment to begin the formation of effective approaches to administrative leadership in the church

4. To build a spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral repertoire for addressing the practical issues of the organizational life of a congregation.
