In order to order any of the Services online at the Zoe Leadership Institute website, you must register for an account with us via the Website. Students who have an account with us can log into your account using your user’s name and password.

Following receipt by us of your order for Services via the Website we will contact you confirming receipt of your order. A legally binding agreement between us and you shall come into existence when we have

a) accepted your offer to order Services from us by sending you an email confirming the order; and

b) received payment of the relevant Fees for the Services as set out on the Website.

c) Fees for the Service selected by you on the Website shall be debited from your credit/debit card or through Net banking at the time of purchase. Fees must be paid in full prior to you attending any Taught Course or accessing any Online Course.

d) Any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider or bank in connection with your purchase of Services are for your own account and ZLI shall not be responsible for these.

e) The purchaser is given access to all the intellectual property for which the payment is done. No material will be delivered via postal service. All materials are downloadable.

f) The purchaser is not authorized to: –

1. copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission;
2. record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or Taught Course given
3. use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third-party trainer;
4. remove any copyright or other notice of ZLI on the Course Materials;
5. modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses.

Breach by you of the above clause shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with any Services, including but not limited to access to the Online Courses.

In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Course Materials and the software in respect of the Online Course for the sole purpose of completing the Online Course and/or attending the Taught Course.
